Legal Practice Group Manager

The Opportunity: We are pleased to be representing a global law firm and market leader as they search for a dynamic Practice Group Manager in Sydney.
Tasked with overseeing and facilitating the group operations, this successful applicant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the team culture and service offering remain at a high standard. Key responsibilities will include:
Partner with the national operations team, other practice group leaders, and senior fee-earners to produce and maintain a healthy administration eco-system across the practice group;Manage the support staff team including allocation of work, rostering, and performance check-ins;Oversee daily administration and identify any trouble spots, rectify and elevate issues;Foster a supportive and positive working environment.This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with working hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm. Modern offices are based in the central CBD and this position is privy to a hybrid remote and in-office schedule.

The Requirements: Intermediate to senior practice management experience within a professional services setting and a strong foundation in legal support;Demonstrated people leadership skills and a deep understanding of operations;Excellent time management, prioritisation, and communications skills;Qualifications in operations or business management.Apply Now!
