This is acasual role working minimum three days per week. The ClientSolutions team sits within Corporate Services and has approximately13 employees nationally. In this role you will support key ClientSolutions activities, whilst building knowledge, understanding andskills in the Legal Operations environment. You will alsobe immersed in operational activities such as business analysis,the development lifecycle, low code development and ideationactivities. This rolewould suit someone with experience in a similar role or a recentuniversity IT or Law graduate with an interest in legal innovationand technology. Keyresponsibilities Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for: providing level 1technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to internalclients on the firm's case and matter managementproducts; escalating more complexqueries to other team members. Therefore, the identification ofproblems/issues which require additional expertise andappropriate action, including referral, isrequired; undertaking testing onthe firm's case and matter managementproducts; providing support to theClient Solutions team and the firm with the rollout of case andmatter management products and other Smarter Lawsolutions; workingwith the subject matter experts to ensure process documentationand training guides are accurate and up to date; administering andsupporting the internal and external use of firm systems,providing training where necessary; rapidlydevelop prototypes and deliverable apps on low-code platforms;and liaisingwith vendors and stakeholders, to research and gatherinformation requirements for initiatives, meetings andproducts. Skills andexperience We would liketo hear from candidates with the following skills andexperience: currently completing orrecently completed a tertiary qualification in informationtechnology or legal studies; experience in a similarrole would be advantageous; keeninterest in innovation, automation and legal operations, with apassion for doing things differently; strongfocus on accuracy and attention to detail; strongorganisational skills; excellent verbal andwritten communication skills; abilityto work well independently and productively within a small teamenvironment; and abilityto problem-solve and effectively communicate information tostakeholders.
