Legal Officer Workplace Injury Commission (WIC) Location: Melbourne

As a Legal Officer, you'll provide legal and technical support to the Dispute Resolution and Registry teams at WIC, working closely with the Senior Legal Officer (SLO) and Principal, Dispute Resolution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing quality advice and correspondence regarding alternative dispute resolution processes.Assisting with case specific issues, analysing and collating material, conducting legal research, and preparing concise reports.Who we're looking for: To succeed in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualification in law.Highly developed communication skills with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.Experience with alternative dispute resolution procedures.Demonstrated ability in researching and reviewing legislation.Ability to think operationally and solve problems.For further information, please refer to our position description on our careers site.
