Key responsibilities include: typing, preparing court documents/correspondence, contacting clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs for barristers, relief reception, mail distribution/deliveries, filing and general administration. WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have MINIMUM 3 months+ experience (or more) as a legal secretary/assistant/paralegal or in any other office administration role; have had some personal injury law experience (preferable not essential) OR have a keen interest in this area (essential); have strong Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and an accurate typing speed of minimum 55+wpm; are highly self-motivated, adaptable and have a CAN-DO positive attitude; are highly organized+ can meet deadlines ; are able to work in a vibrant, busy+ fast-paced environment; are hungry to progress your career long-term with a reputable law firm+ can commit to working FULL-TIME 5 days/week Mondays-Fridays from 8.30am to 5.30pm ongoing (or absolute minimum 4 days/week ongoing) (essential).
