We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Services Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do: • Provide Senior Management Support: Offer high-level administrative and strategic assistance to senior management, including advising on matters related to staff management, financial planning, facilities, and information services.
• Resource Management: Oversee and manage the firm's administrative, financial, physical, and human resources to ensure smooth operations across the business.
• Develop Operational Guidelines: Create and implement procedural guidelines and policies for administrative, financial, and operational processes that staff can follow within the organisation.
• Analyse and Report: Assess complex resource management challenges and develop reports, correspondence, and recommendations to address these issues and inform decision-making.
• Financial Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation of financial reports and assist with budget planning and forecasting.
• Lead and Manage Staff: Supervise, guide, and develop administrative staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and the timely delivery of accurate information.
• Represent the Organisation: Act as a representative in negotiations and at industry events, including conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums, while promoting the firm's programs and policies.
