Legal Executive Assistant

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Legal Assistant wanting to take the next step and perform responsibilities of an Executive Assistant and join a highly reputable international law firm.
You will be supporting a senior Partner who is also the National Head Practice Group Leader and assisting in managing them and the team. You will need to be the ultimate "Gatekeeper" who is confident in communicating with senior level execs, including the CEO, high profile clients and command the attention and respect of the team.
Your responsibilities will include extensive travel management, email and diary management, as well as complex billing. As you will be managing the team you will also be in charge of arranging all team meetings, scheduling training for the team, and organising events that need to be attended. You're in charge!
The practice is disputes focused so exposure to litigation is highly desirable as is the ability to handle complex billing.
If you have proven legal assistant experience (5+ years) in a large law firm, and you want to challenge yourself, then this might be your next perfect role.
