Executive Level Legal Secretarial Opportunity Are you a driven Legal Executive Assistant ready to take on a key role supporting a lead Partner and a skilled team of five lawyers? This is your chance to shine!
This position goes beyond typical duties, involving executive-level support to help manage the lead Partner's practice area. You'll be at the forefront of coordinating tasks, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless team collaboration. Your day-to-day will encompass a blend of executive assistance duties, general secretarial tasks, and Legal Secretarial duties like file opening/closing, billing, and more.
What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience, preferably in a law firm Property law experience is highly regarded Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and foster excellent team rapport Key Duties: EA support to Lead Partner Calendar and diary management Client liaison Overseeing the preparation and coordination of client fee proposals Monitoring and managing project task lists Document production Billing Why You'll Love This Role: Join a well-respected, award-winning Southeast Queensland firm known for its consistent growth.
