Rare opportunity to join a boutique firm as a Director.
If you are currently a sole practitioner with a strong client base interested in joining a firm for resource support, or a senior practitioner with a client base looking to take the next step, this could be for you.
This position will allow the legal practitioner to take home a significant portion of their billings, thereby offering fantastic earning potential.
Ideally you will have:
excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
a commercially minded approach, strong business acumen, and ability to autonomously manage your client base
a strong reputation for sound and commercially focused legal advice
Key Requirements:
a solid transferable client base with regular ongoing matters
a self-starter, happy to work with autonomy alongside other senior Directors
currently admitted to practice in Western Australia
a minimum post-admission experience of 6+ years
