Opportunity for a Senior Lawyer to lead a high-performing in-house employment law team. Your new role As Legal Director, you will lead and manage a high-performing team, while being hands on in the management of a broad range of back end and front end employment law matters. This includes (but not limited to) providing oral and written legal advice to stakeholders on a range of employment and people related matters, projects and policies, investigations and disputes, data breaches, management of external law firms and reporting to the board on any employment law related matters. What you'll need to succeed Admitted to practice as a Lawyer in NSW Ideally, a minimum of 14 years' PAE specialising across a broad range of Employment Law matters Experience gained at a mid/top tier firm and/or similar large corporation will be highly regarded Proven people management skills and management experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, build relationships and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation.
