One of the largest infrastructure service providers in Australia, is seeking an experienced front-end construction lawyer to join their legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel you will be involved in the provision of high-quality legal advice and services within their growing business.


Description Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing, finalising, and advising on legal documentsWorking on both large and complex transactions and projects as well as simple and high volume transactionsAssisting the business develop strategies and solutionsKeeping the business updated on the latest legal and commercial developmentsAssisting with claims and managing disputes Profile Key Requirements Ideally 5+ years PQE experience as a solicitor in large corporate legal practice and/or within a major businessin house legal teamThorough knowledge of commercial and construction lawExcellent drafting, communication, and risk assessment skillsProactive people person who is happy to work as a team as well as autonomouslyPassionate about learning and growing with an organisation Key Benefits A flexible and inclusive work environmentThe ability to work in a team with an established pipeline of projects and opportunity for growthA competitive remuneration package
