Lawyer – Major Disputes Advise on major claims, disputes and litigation ASX listed organisation  Based out of Melbourne or Sydney Client Details: Our client is a leading provider of general insurance, catering to both individuals and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities: Providing legal advice on major claims, disputes, and litigation.
Building strong relationships with business partners and senior stakeholders.
Managing external counsel in major disputes and litigation.
Project managing all legal aspects of litigation and claims.
Ensuring robust governance and risk management to address legal risks.
Profile: Minimum of 4 years' PQE working on complex large-scale disputes and litigation gained at a major law firm.
Previous experience in an in-house legal team preferred.
Knowledge of the general insurance and financial services industry, with experience in insurance claims and disputes.
Strong stakeholder management skills to build relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Proficient in legal writing, court document preparation, legal analysis, and contract negotiation.
