About the role:
General corporate & commercial/procurement work .
Providing comprehensive legal advice and solutions to high-profile clients in defence , education, health and all levels of government.
Reviewing various legal documents and identifying legal/commercials risks.
Keeping the company up to date with legislation and regulatory changes.
The ideal candidate:
Legal Counsel ( 3-7 PQE ).
An Australian Law Degree or Juris Doctor
Commercial law experience gained in-house or from a reputable law firm.
Proven experience in contract drafting & negotiation.
Previous exposure or an interest in the Defence industry.
