Legal Counsel

We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on a variety of legal matters.
Law degree from a recognized university Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role Solid knowledge of commercial and corporate law Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements Ability to provide legal advice and guidance on various legal issues Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent research and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the IT industry is a plus Membership in the local Bar Association About Us Zone IT Solutions is Australia-based Recruitment Company.
