Legal Counsel

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Legal, this in-house role would see you providing legal advice and support to key stakeholders on a wide variety of matters faced by the internal businesses.
This would include :

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts

Providing legal advice regarding legal or compliance issues

Building strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Desired Profile

We are looking to recruit a lawyer with 3 -5 years post admission experience.
The successful applicant must have a current unrestricted practising certificate, or eligibility to immediately apply for one.

We are also looking for someone who :

is commercially minded and able to manage relationships with all levels of a business

has the ability to manage competing deadlines and make fast-paced decisions

enjoys working independently

has solid commercial experience (ideally with some experience in property law)

displays good judgment and promotes innovative approaches and process improvements

possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
