Legal Counsel

The PositionReporting to the Executive Manager – Primary Health Services (PHS), this role will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, manage legal related risks, provide advice and support to operational managers on legal issues and compliance matters, and manage PHS's external legal providers.
This role is critical for effective and efficient management of legal risks and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Bring your excellent communication and negotiation skills along with problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively manage legal risks, contract compliance and any contractual disputes.Experience in dispute resolution and litigation would be highly desirable along with experience in employment relations law.Why Healthcare Australia?Healthcare Australia is the leading healthcare recruitment solutions provider of nurses, midwives, aged care workers, doctors, allied health professionals and medical specialists in Australia.
