You will provide hands-on legal advice in all relevant business areas, with a particular focus on procurement, customer sales and service agreements and M&A Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, deeds, NDAs, and other legal documents and correspondence You shall also assess, advise on and assist the business to manage legal risks Your responsibility includes partnering with and coach key stakeholders on legal matters Furthermore, you will implement and maintain compliance policies, procedures and training.
