Driven by a culture of excellence, integrity, and collaboration, we are looking for a skilled and strategic Legal Counsel to join our team and provide expert legal guidance as we continue to grow and succeed.Position Overview:As Legal Counsel, you will offer comprehensive legal support across several businesses within our group. Reporting directly to the Senior Legal Counsel and supported by a full-time paralegal, this role requires a law graduate or a legal professional with a good understanding in general commercial law, compliance, and risk management.Key Responsibilities:Legal Advisory: researching and advising on legal and regulatory matters; assisting with provision legal and commercial advice in relation to corporate, privacy and consumer law.Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.Policy Drafting: Assist in the development and drafting of internal policies and procedures.
