Legal Counsel: Corporate & Commercial

What's involved in this role? We're working on an exciting career-enhancing full-time assignment with one of our clients, a non-for-profit organisation based in Macquarie Park, and we're interested in hearing from commercial lawyers to join us. We're seeking a corporate & commercial lawyer to join their team for a 5-month secondment, providing support to their legal team. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite and 2 days WFH).
Required experience: Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running.Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships.General corporate & commercial experience.Have between 3-6 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training).What's next?
