Legal Counsel -12 Month Contract A leading financial institution investing in renewable energy has partnered with Elevate and is seeking legal counsel to join its Brisbane office on a 12-month contract basis.
Role Overview: Working closely with the General Counsel, this role will involve reviewing, drafting, and negotiating investment documents, commercial contracts, and other legal agreements while supporting the asset management team by providing associated recommendations and legal advice.
You will continue to support the team in corporate matters and provide ongoing compliance, reporting, and contract management on specific projects.
