Legal Counsel – 3-6 years' PAE - Leading Global Critical Minerals CompanyCall Sam / Legal Talent has been briefed by a leading global critical minerals company with a portfolio of assets across different commodities and jurisdictions to secure a Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel with between 3-6 years' PAE to join their high performing team.This company has established international operations and has an ambitious critical minerals strategy with a key overseas project about to commence the development phase.The legal team has a professional, supportive and collegiate culture and will invest their time in the successful lawyer, providing the support to help them grow within the business. You will become a valued advisor to the wider business working alongside the Group Legal Manager and Chief Legal Officer (both ex top-tier).About the role:With no two days the same, you will carry out a wide range of legal work including:Drafting, reviewing and advising on construction and services contracts.Drafting, reviewing and advising on other contracts, such as mining-related contracts and property contracts.Advising on applicable legislative requirements.Assisting with corporate advisory and M&A work.Assisting with legal disputes from time to time.Providing general advice across the business as needed.You will be joining a team with a high performing culture and pride themselves on being trusted advisors to the business and delivering the best possible service. Work closely with two senior lawyers that have a genuine interest in your career development and an open-door policy. You will be provided with the support and training you need and also be given autonomy to run your own matters.
