And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.What you will do in this roleAs a Legal Back-Office Advisor, you will:Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer's claiming foundations.Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Have a high level of German (C2) and fluent in English (B2).Have excellent communication skills.Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus.Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
