Legal Assistant | Sydney Cbd | Circa $95K

Based in the Sydney office of this award-winning national law firm, this opportunity will see you providing all facets of administrative support to a fantastic Senior Partner who is not only a gun in his specialised area of Commercial Disputes but a highly respected and lovely human being.Role This is a fast-paced role that will see you working towards tight deadlines, managing the court processes, liaising with clients, liquidators, Counsel and more.
As the fine team player that you are, you will assume a high level of responsibility for file support including but not limited to: Preparing and reviewing Court and Advice documents including submissions, statements of claim, affidavit material, further and better particulars, etc.
Drafting and proofreading correspondence and ensuring strong attention to detail at all times; Preparing and collating Briefs for Counsel and working toward deadlines Online Court filing of legal documentation Database management Ad-hoc administrative duties as required

To be considered for this very exciting new opportunity, you must have a solid background from within a litigation team with no less than 3 years of experience in an Australian Law Firm and no limitations on working rights.

Please note, this opportunity is not suitable for law students or graduates as the Partner is seeking a 'career' Legal Assistant in this position.
