This is a high-volume litigation practice and we represent key Government clients. Responsibilities include day to day administration and the following:Opening and closing files;Completing client billing and reports;Answering phone calls and assisting with matter enquiries;Scheduling appointments, court events and diary management;Preparation and reconciliation of expenses;Organising events and functions; andOther administrative support required by solicitors.Who We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience as a legal assistant. You will have a professional approach and excellent organisational and communication skills, with a client service focus. You will be proficient in Word and Excel and have capabilities in PowerPoint. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, have good attention to detail, and a proven history of meeting deadlines. Most importantly, you will have a "can do" attitude.
