The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a Senior Legal Assistant with over 4 years of hands-on experience in property law to join their team.
The ideal candidate will possess:

Strong experience in property law and associated legal processesExceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities autonomouslyA personable and professional approach to client and team interactionsHigh proficiency in legal technology, including PEXA and Duties OnlineA proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionExperience in assisting with mortgage documents; drafting, dissemination, and collaboration with lendersThe Role
In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with:

Managing and maintaining client files and property transaction documentationPreparing legal documents, briefs, and correspondenceConducting property-related research and supporting solicitors on active mattersHandling billing, trust management, and settlement filesLiaising with clients, solicitors, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactionsManaging diaries, organising meetings, and coordinating schedulesOpening and closing files and ensuring all necessary documents are filed accurately and in a timely mannerApplicants must be proficient in using PEXA and Duties Online.
