About This Role... Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Partner in a busy practice, you'll enjoy being "hands-on" with files as well as the opportunity to use your initiative to take on additional responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to: Diary management and arranging appointmentsTaking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiriesCoordinating and assisting with preparation of documents for court hearingsManagement of client files and filing of correspondenceDrafting correspondenceBilling files and drafting accountsExtensive client liaison and general administrative tasksAbout You... To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in Personal Injury (ideally abuse claims).
