Job Description Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals specialising in workers compensation cases.Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, correspondence, and other case-related materials.Manage and organise case files, ensuring all relevant information is accurately documented and easily accessible.Communicate effectively with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.Conduct legal research and assist in case analysis to contribute to the development of legal strategies.Coordinate with external parties, such as courts and opposing counsel, to facilitate case proceedings.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in ACT related to workers compensation. The Successful Applicant Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in workers compensation or personal injury law.Law students who can work fulltime (with experience) whilst studying are encouraged to apply.Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in legal research and document management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
