This exciting new position will see you providing all aspects of administration support to two Partners in a fast-paced National Litigation practice group, with one of Australia's largest law firms. The opportunity available is for an experienced Legal Assistant who brings a solid background working within a litigation environment and who understands the importance of accuracy and urgency when it relates to meeting deadlines and ensuring that the Partners are well supported with their matters.
Each day will differ and will see you undertaking responsibilities including but not limited to:
Preparing Court documents and Briefs for Counsel;Executive level diary management and meeting coordination;Assisting with the coordination of Partners' attendance at seminars and travel requirements;Email management;Liaising with clients;End of month billing.If you hold 2+ years of experience in a Litigation environment, full working rights and the ability to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you!
