It's All About You... Assisting a Senior Partner in their busy and fast-paced Insurance Law practice, you'll be required to use your initiative daily as you take control of:
Diary and inbox managementManagement of client files - open/close and archiveCoordination of meetings and travel arrangementsPreparation of correspondence and Court documentsFiling and service of Court documentsBilling, time recording, expenses, and month-end reportsGeneral administrative tasksSkills and experience we'd love... Demonstrated experience in a similar roleAbility to work independentlyAdvanced MS Office skillsExperience in document management softwareHigh attention to detailExcellent organisational skillsLet's talk!
