We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our growing General Insurance section based in our Adelaide office.This role provides administrative support to the General Insurance team and is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and fast-paced team.You will be involved in:drafting of documentation as required;preparing monthly billing;managing client file maintenance for the team;coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail;maintaining Partners/lawyers' contacts in our firm CRM InterAction, including assisting with list management on their behalf for events and communications;providing reception cover and other ad-hoc administration duties as needed.About youYou will ideally have the following skills and experience:minimum 2-3 years administrative experience in a professional services environment;excellent communication skills;highly organised;a strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines;experience with iManage and Aderant preferred but not required.About usHall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
