Legal Assistant

Tremayne Fay Rheinberger Lawyers have an opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our busy CBD practice providing support to a Director and Estate Planning team.
We are seeking applications from highly motivated and professional individuals, suitably experienced to perform the role of Legal Assistant.
Preferably, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
The position is full time.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
File management of physical and electronic files.Attending to telephone enquiries and appointments.Preparing invoices.Document management end to end.To be successful in this busy role you will have:
Strong organisational skills and a proactive flexible attitude to ensure that strict deadlines are met.The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.Meticulous attention to detail.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with LEAP software or similar would be an advantage.A highly competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with experience.
