Job ResponsibilitiesSupport legal officers in managing information for litigation and advice, including preparing chronologies, collating documents, summarising information, printing documents, and attending to filing materials in courts/tribunals.Interpret and apply the requirements of the relevant legislation and policies.Attend court or civil proceedings to support legal officers in litigation.Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to provide accurate work on time.Ensure relevant documentation is appropriately filed in our file management system and assist with reporting requirements.Track compliance and prepare reports about regulatory timeframes and internal KPIs.Establish, develop and maintain co-operative and mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Key CompetenciesMakes insightful decisions - makes considered, ethical, and courageous decisions based on insight into the broader context.Builds enduring relationships - builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focused outcomes.Drives accountability - demonstrates accountability for the execution and quality of results through professionalism, persistence, and transparency.Fosters health and inclusive workplaces - fosters an inclusive workplace where health, safety, and wellbeing are promoted and prioritized.Demonstrated sound governance - maintains a high standard of practice through governance and risk management.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
