About the Role This is a legal assistant role in our Recoveries team involving varied responsibilities such as: preparing correspondence and legal documents including amendments/word processing preparing briefs to counsel assisting with the preparation of presentations for business development initiatives attending on billing including generating draft bills, billing edits and finalisation arranging appointments (matter related and general) reconciling expenses liaising with service providers and third-party providers monitoring matter workflow and diarising key events assisting with client reporting About You You will have a minimum 1 year's previous experience in a legal administration role with skills in the MS suite.
You are well known for your professional composure with the ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion and integrity.
You will also have strong client service orientation, excellent time management skills, take pride in your work and be a team player.
