Legal Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our growing General Insurance section based in our Adelaide office.
This role provides administrative support to the General Insurance team and is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and fast-paced team.
You will be involved in:
Drafting of documentation as required;Preparing monthly billing;Managing client file maintenance for the team;Coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail;Maintaining Partners/lawyers' contacts in our firm CRM InterAction, including assisting with list management on their behalf for events and communications;Providing reception cover and other ad-hoc administration duties as needed.About you You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
Minimum 2-3 years administrative experience in a professional services environment;Excellent communication skills;Highly organised;A strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines;Experience with iManage and Aderant preferred but not required.About us Hall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
