About the Role
We are seeking an energetic Legal Assistant to join our team based in our Salisbury SA 5108 office. This role will provide quality administration, client support, and assistance to legal practitioners.
The successful candidate will be willing to grow and develop their skills in a busy role whilst using their strong client service skills to support our clients.
Key Responsibilities Answering and managing incoming callsManaging our incoming mail & emailArranging and managing appointments with our clientsProviding strong customer service and communication skills to help our clientsManaging office diaryDiarising court datesPreparing documentsHandling random administrative tasks Skills & Qualifications Minimum 6+ months as an Assistant or Paralegal in a law firm or professional officeExcellent communication skills with a diverse range of clients including non-English backgroundsVery organised and disciplinedExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite About Doconade Lawyers
