The RoleOur client is looking for a motivated and energetic legal assistant to support one of the nicest Partners and their team across a range of matters which include Immigration, Disability, Child Support and Freedom of Information. The Partner has been described as someone who has a genuine care for their team.
Duties File management including drafting and amending documentsPreparation of court documentsRecording court orders and information in our litigation management systemFiling of court documents on the Commonwealth Courts PortalUndertaking searches and research tasks when requiredBillingSkills & Expertise Experience as a legal secretary or assistant in a similar roleThe ability to manage time efficiently and use initiativeStrong communication skills (written and verbal)A proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work ethicCulture & BenefitsThis firm takes pride in offering further training and encourages career development.
