Your responsibilities will include:Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.Drafting, formatting, and amending legal documents, correspondence, and court forms.Preparing briefs, organising files, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets deadlines.Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties professionally and confidentially.Assisting with billing, timesheet entry, and general administrative tasks.Skillset RequiredTo succeed in this role, you will need:Previous experience as a Legal Assistant in family law is highly desirable.Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in legal software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).High-level accuracy in preparing, proofreading, and formatting legal documents.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to client interactions.A proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.Familiarity with legal billing systems and processes, including timesheet entry and invoicing.Apply below today or contact Rebecca on 02 8042 1888.
