The role We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Assistant (Secretary) to join our industry leading Cyber Security team.
In this fast-paced role you will play a pivotal role providing support to leading Partner Cameron Whittfield and team of senior lawyers.
Your day-to-day As the go-to person for our Cyber Security practice group, your day will be filled with a variety of engaging tasks, from legal assistant duties to events and business development activities.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Managing Partners' internal and external appointments with appropriate lead times including international travel and diary management.
Assisting with the organisation of meetings, events, and seminars.
Managing the teams travel arrangements including international travel.
Drafting internal and external communication on behalf of the Partner.
Assisting with document creation, editing, formatting, and finalisation.
High volume file management including file opening/closing and management.
Managing complex billing processes for your direct team including debtor control.
Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders by phone using a very professional and personable manner.
Skills & experience: The successful candidate will be well organised and have a proactive approach to delivering your work and strong attention to detail.
You will also have: A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Previous experience in extensive diary and inbox management is essential.
Ability to anticipate Partner requirements to reduce administrative time.
Proven ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Sound understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
Impeccable professional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
