The RoleSupporting a highly respected Partner, this opportunity will allow you to work across a variety of corporate advisory matters. You will have the opportunity to provide a high level of support and become actively involved with client and file management.
Duties Document management - dictatyping, drafting, and amending of complex documentsCollation and preparation of large contracts, agreements, and documentsDiary management including coordinating meetings and travel arrangementsFile and database management - hard copy and electronicTime sheet entry and client billingSkills & Experience 12 months + experience as a legal secretaryStrong technical skills including a fast and accurate typing speedProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong communication, organisational, and time management skillsStrong attention to detail together with a proactive and flexible approach to your work ethicApply online, click on the appropriate link.
