The Opportunity : We're pleased to be supporting our client, a leading international law firm, as they search for an experienced Legal PA for the high profile Corporate practice in Sydney.
Providing EA level support to a senior Partner, this is primarily a 1:1 position and will involve:
Organising and monitoring Partner inboxes and diaries, taking the initiative to arrange meetings, liaise with external and internal contacts where appropriate, and elevate issues where needed;Opening and closing files, matter management;Financial hygiene, complex billing management, expense management;WIP reporting and some document production;Minimal travel and event management;General technical support and practice administration.This role will suit someone with intermediate to senior legal support experience who is proactive, tech-savvy, and great with communication, hoping to drive their PA/EA career.

The Requirements : Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience, and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
Minimum typing speed of 65 wpm with a high level of accuracy and good knowledge of MS Office Suite, Aderant Expert, and complex billing processes;Previous experience of working in a similar role within a professional services organisation and supporting at Partner level;Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work to multiple and conflicting priorities;Excellent communication skills;A polished, friendly presentation.Apply Now!
