Legal Assistant/Conveyancing Clerk

If you're a talented and motivated Legal Assistant/Conveyancing Clerk with a strong interest in Property Law this may be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Providing administrative support to the Director of the firm, you'll enjoy using your initiative and previous experience to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You will be assisting with the running of conveyancing files from start to finish with supervision, support and training.
Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to; Handling conveyancing from preparing contracts and vendors statement through to settlement; Filing court documents on their respective portals; Preparing and filing Probate documents; Dictation; Developing and maintaining relationships with clients; Reception/telephone answering; General administration.
Skills and experience we'd love...
Previous experience as a Property Legal Administrator/Conveyancing Clerk ; Proficient with MS Office; PEXA, DOL and Redcrest; Experience in Smokeball would be desirable; Attention to detail & top organisational skills Excellent communication skills at all levels; Strong client service focus; The ability to multi task and manage differing priorities; Let's talk!
