Supporting our Commercial Property team on a full-time basis, the key to this role is providing exceptional legal secretarial and administration support to both internal and external stakeholders.This role will give you exposure to a variety of work involving the administrative practices behind leasing of commercial, retail, service station, and industrial properties acting for both landlords and tenants.Key responsibilities include:File management – opening/closing files and filing;Monthly billing;Preparation of contract and leasing documentation;General administrative tasks and secretarial support;Dictation and amendments;Work with other Secretaries in the team to support practitioners.About youTo be successful in this role, you will:Have the ability to manage the demands of a busy role including high levels of organisation and efficiency, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure;Possess intermediate-advanced computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite;Have the capability to consistently meet deadlines with conflicting priorities;Pride yourself on your high attention to detail, with strong written communication skills;Exhibit excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.About UsRegularly featured in Doyle's Guide and The Best Lawyers, HopgoodGanim Lawyers are recognised as a leading law firm in Australia.
