YOUR Resourcing is seeking an experienced Legal and Finance Administration Officer for a permanent role, where you'll play a crucial part in supporting our client's financial and legal operations.
YOUR Role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to both legal and finance teams.
You'll be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Additionally, you'll assist with legal documentation, correspondence, and compliance, while liaising with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
YOUR Experience : Proven experience in legal and/or finance administration roles.
Strong understanding of financial principles and legal processes.
Excellent data management and reporting skills.
Proficient in financial software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
