Legal Administrator / Paralegal- Temp Role

Temporary Assignment (approx 1mth may be ongoing)PT or FT (client is offering flexibility)Immediate startOUR CLIENT Our client is looking for a temporary Legal Administrator to assist with a backlog of administrative tasks.  Our client works primarily in residential and commercial conveyancing, wills & estates and business sales and purchases.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Administrator with experience (beneficial) using SMOKEBALL (not necessary only beneficial) to assist for a one month temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage legal documents, and facilitate efficient operations within the legal department. This role has flexible working arrangements  ie: our client is happy to consider PT or FT working arrangements. 
Document Management: Prepare, review, and file legal documents including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.Manage electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible.Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals,Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Proven experience as a Legal Administrator or similar role within a legal environment.Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
