Job Description

Your new company Permanent opportunity for a growing legal firm based in the heart of London are seeking a legal administrator to join their team! Your new role

Running conflict checks - sending emails, saving correspondence, completing tasks for files
Liaise with EA's and secretaries to ensure all duties meet requirements
Produce draft engagement letters - sign and send back to clients
Filing and ensuring documents are saved in the appropriate places
Attend internal meetings
Prepare file closure forms
Print letters and following up bills
Work to deadlines effectively

What you'll need to succeed

Strong client service skills
Experience in a professional services / legal firm within a similar position
Experience drafting / amending legal documents
Ability to travel to offices in Baker Street and Canary Wharf
