Permanent opportunity for a growing legal firm based in the heart of London seeking a legal administrator to join their team!
Your new role Running conflict checks - sending emails, saving correspondence, completing tasks for files Liaising with EAs and secretaries to ensure all duties meet requirements Producing draft engagement letters - sign and send back to clients Filing and ensuring documents are saved in the appropriate places Attending internal meetings Preparing file closure forms Printing letters and following up on bills Working to deadlines effectively What you'll need to succeed Strong client service skills Experience in a professional services/legal firm within a similar position Experience drafting/amending legal documents Ability to travel to offices in Baker Street and Canary Wharf What you'll get in return
