Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for contract administration? Look no further! We are on looking for a Contracts Administrator to take charge of our contract management process and make a significant impact on our organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and be able to effectively negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts. Manage contract databases and ensure all contracts are properly documented and stored. Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties are meeting their obligations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives and goals. Provide guidance and support to other departments on contract-related matters. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field. Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
