We have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic Legal Administrator to join our dynamic, close-knit Commercial Disputes team.
This is a part-time permanent position working 3 days per week.
This is a growth role where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our high-performing Commercial Disputes team.
This position offers the opportunity to work alongside respected partners who collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, high net worth individuals, local councils, and government entities.

What Does the Role Involve?
Administrative support to partners and fee earners
Opening and closing files
Conflict checks
Preparing reports
Assisting with updating precedents
Managing client data within our CRM software
Diary management
Billing
Legal administrative tasks to support the Practice Manager of the team
Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
1-2 years experience in an administration role
Proficient in utilising Microsoft products like Outlook, with the ability to quickly grasp new applications
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A desire to learn and develop new skills
A can-do attitude
Ability to work to deadlines and remain under pressure
