The RoleWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Clerk to join our team. This casual position can suit someone with a strong administrative background, previous legal administrative experience, or a final-year law student eager to gain practical experience in commercial contracts and legal administration. This role will be based in our Chatswood office, 2-3 days a week and can be flexible around your schedule.
In this role, you will create and issue standard-form contracts, manage documentation for contractors and customers, and assist the legal team with telecommunications infrastructure lease agreements. Your responsibilities will include undertaking filing and administrative tasks, ensuring the timely delivery of civil works contract activities, and collaborating effectively with internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, proficiency in software such as MS Office, Adobe PDF, and DocuSign, as well as strong organizational abilities. A self-motivated approach, excellent attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks under competing deadlines will be essential for success in this position.
