Specialist Criminal Law firm seeking admin assistant for Ballarat office We are a specialist criminal law firm servicing the western region of Victoria with offices in Geelong and Ballarat.
We are looking for an experienced legal administration assistant to join our Ballarat office three days per week.
As the successful applicant, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and a great phone manner.
You will have experience with VLA and the ATLAS funding application system in addition to advanced Microsoft Office software proficiency.
You will have a strong working knowledge of the terminology and mechanics of the Criminal Justice System, be able to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
While a preference would be for 9am to 5pm availability, we are open to flexible working hours for the right candidate.
