We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist to help develop and deliver our recruitment, talent and acquisition strategy and attract the best candidates to opportunities at Leeds Federated.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to the point of offer Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work within a pressurised environment responding to multiple issues, demands and competing priorities A proactive problem solver with a passion for talent sourcing and placement The Company: Leeds Federated is a housing association with around 4,500 properties across Leeds, Wakefield, and North Yorkshire. Our mission is to enable the maximum number of people to access and live sustainably in good-value, affordable housing.
